I got my LASIK (Laser treatment) done from Artemis Eye Centre. I am feeling great after this treatment. Initially I was quite tense about the treatment because of various apprehensions about it. But after meeting Dr. Anita Sethi, Head of Department at Artemis Eye Centre all my apprehensions and fear were history.

It was possible only because of the counseling done by Dr. Sethi and her team. They gave me knowledge about LASIK, its process and safety. They cleared all my doubts regarding LASIK treatment in very amicable manner. After getting the LASIK done I can assure that this treatment is immaculate for all those who are having weak eye sight and they want to get rid of their spectacles or even for those who are using contact lenses in their daily routine. I am feeling very comfortable after this treatment and living a happy and normal life.

The Doctors at Artemis Eye Centre are very experienced and they really care for you in order to make you feel comfortable. "I had been thinking about getting the LASIK operation done for a while.. my power was really high - minus nine in both eyes, with the added complication of astigmatism... My goal was simple - to be able to see the time when i woke up without first having to reach for my glasses.

I live in the NCR area... and i researched 4-5 of the different options in Delhi and Gurgaon over a period of 2 months before deciding on Dr Anita Sethi of Artemis. Their diagnostics was the most thorough - in terms of ensuring my eyes were suited to the operation and the risks would be low. She took the time to answer any/all questions i had.. they were all very calm and professional.

I had read up about the operation on the internet and talked with people who had got it done... so i was prepared for the various things that would happen to me while i was lying on the operating table... however, the procedure was much calmer than i thought it would be, there was hardly any pain/ discomfort, the doctor talked to me about what she was doing throughout the operation, and it was all done in about 30 minutes... we went into the hospital at 1 pm and were home at 5 pm... It has been about a week since the operation.. i have not touched my glasses since the operation.. i started watching tv on day 2, reading on day 3, and now i do just everything quite comfortably.

Overall, the experience has been fantastic, and Dr Sethi and her team truly have done an outstanding job. I would strongly recommend them to anyone considering getting LASIK done. " Amit Aggarwal
